Getting Started
Looking for a little help with your exercise program? Getting Started is a safe and effective program designed to help you accomplish your goals - whatever they may be. You will meet privately with a personal trainer for 90 minutes to develop a customized 12-week workout based on your goals and fitness level.

Come dressed in comfortable clothes ready to exercise. For more information or to sign-up, complete an interest card available at the front desk or contact your membership sales representative to get started - today. Cost $25.

Core Strength Training for Everyone
Eric Kenyon, RKCII breaks down the fundamentals of effective core strength training. You'll learn everything you need to know about how to strengthen your core for any activity from improving back health to athletic movement. No experience necessary. Monday, March 15th from 10:30am to 11:30am. Cost $25 - pay at time of class.
