Semi-Private Training
Semi-Private Training is the most affordable way to experience personal training. Sessions are limited to 3-6 clients (private groups are available by request).
These Monster Gym signature programs use carefully designed progressions, specialized equipment, functional drills and circuits to create the most incredible real life, body changing workouts you’ve ever experienced.
Formats include, BodySMART, Boot Camp, Russian Kettlebells, Youth Sports Training, School of Strength, Private Group.
