Our Group Fitness classes combine energy, variety, motivation and fun with the guidance and safety of working with a professional instructor. We offer 30+ classes each week in our Group Fitness Studio. Try Spinning, Yoga, Pilates, BodyPump, Zumba, Tia Chi and many other classes - all included in the price of your membership.
If you’re new to exercise or group fitness - don’t worry. Our classes are geared for all fitness levels and no experience is necessary.
Whether you're in the mood to build muscle, burn fat or stretch and strengthen - we’ve got a class for you.
