Welcome to the Monster Gym Member Forum. Do you have a question about your program, diet or exercise? Just post your question to our interactive forum. Mike Carville, MG Founder and NASM/RKC certified trainer will cut through the typical fluff and hype of most fitness columns and provide practical real life answers to your questions.

We have kept the forum very simple and do not require in depth background info or fancy data entry forms. Remember our motto - Keep it real. Keep it simple. You can also use the forum to interact directly with other members. For example, during the 6-week weight loss challenge, many members used the forum as an on-line discussion room sharing success tips and ideas.

We do ask that you communicate with each other as if you were standing together in person. To support a friendly, mature atmosphere, we have 4 rules:
1) Use your real first name w/ last name initial (Mike C).
2) No disrespectful language.
4) Try to keep your writing direct and concise.
3) Please keep it related to health and fitness.

We look forward to sharing with you the best in health, fitness and wellness.

Enjoy,
Mike Carville
