Semi-private Training

Semi-Private Training is the most affordable way to experience personal training. Sessions are one hour and limited to 3-6 clients (private groups are available by request).

These Monster Gym signature programs use carefully designed progressions, specialized equipment, functional drills and circuits to create the most incredible real life, body changing workouts you’ve ever experienced.

BodySMART

Tone-up and lose weight safely in this comprehensive 8-week exercise and nutrition program. Includes program journal, weekly workouts, meal plans and nutritional support.

Boot Camp

Probably the most fun you can have in a gym. Boot camp uses a variety of functional training tools from TRX Suspension straps and stability balls, to plyo-boxes, Kettlebells, tires and Ropes Gone Wild to improve your strength, toning, flexibility and metabolism.

School of Strength

Strength and conditioning techniques and functional tools and periodized training schedules to produce significant strength and performance gains. Perfect for “industrial athletes” - fire, police, military and outdoor athletes.

Private Group

Put together your own group with specific goals like group weight loss, a body transformation contest or sports goal like a triathlon or 10k run or century ride. We’ll pair your group with a trainer who specializes in your area of interest.
