Semi-private Training
Semi-Private Training is the most affordable way to experience personal training. Sessions are one hour and limited to 3-6 clients (private groups are available by request).

Private Group
Put together your own group with specific goals like group weight loss, a body transformation contest or sports goal like a triathlon or 10k run or century ride. We’ll pair your group with a trainer who specializes in your area of interest.
